Since Villa Sunset is our vacation home, lovingly furnished by us, we'd be delighted if you treated it with the same care we do. A few simple rules help everyone – you, our neighbors, and us – feel comfortable:

• Check-in: from [3:00 PM] / Check-out: by [11:00 AM] 
• Maximum occupancy: [X] guests as per booking – please check with us in advance before bringing additional visitors
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, especially on the terrace and in the garden – Paúl do Mar is a small, peaceful fishing village, and we kindly ask you to be considerate of our neighbors
• No parties or events: the villa is meant for a relaxed holiday, not large gatherings
• Smoking: outdoors only (garden/terrace), please – not inside the house. Please don't leave cigarette butts or wrappers behind or toss them into the garden – dispose of them only in the ashtrays provided or in the bin. If you can't find an ashtray, just let us know
• Pets: are warmly welcome with prior approval from us
• Fitness room: please treat the fitness room equipment with care and return items to their place after use
• Barbecue: feel free to use the barbecue house and garden – please clean the grill after use and dispose of waste properly
• Parking/garage: for registered guest vehicles only
• Mindful use of energy and water: as we live on an island, we kindly ask you to use lights, fans, and water responsibly
• Linen change & mid-stay cleaning: Guests booking 8 nights or longer enjoy a complimentary/included linen change and mid-stay cleaning after the first week, to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our cleaning team will coordinate the exact time with you in advance
• Please leave the villa as clean and tidy as you found it – let us know if you have any questions about check-out cleaning
